Important dates in the development process.

Oct. 11, 2012: - Submit Petition (Complete)
Nov. 1: - Petition must be submitted to authorizer on or before November 1 if filing a request for a district facility under Prop. 39 (Complete)
Nov. 8: - Public hearing will be held on Nov. 8 (Complete)
Dec. 18: - NUSD board votes on charter proposal (Complete)
Spring 2013: - Revise Charter Documents and Budget
Nov. 1, 2013: - Petition must be submitted to authorizer on or before November 1 if filing a request for a district facility under Prop. 39
March 15, 2014: - Facilities request. Petition must be approved prior to March 15 to qualify for Prop. 39 request
March 25, 2014: - Must be approved by mid to late March to ensure timely release of funds for September opening
